Kirchnerist activist Alesia Abaigar was transferred to Ezeiza Prison
This is the official from Kicillof's administration who attacked the home of libertarian lawmaker José Luis Espert
The Kirchnerist activist arrested for throwing excrement in front of libertarian deputy José Luis Espert's home was transferred to Ezeiza prison. The San Isidro judge, Sandra Arroyo Salgado, was the one who ordered the transfer of the violent Alesia Abaigar to the federal penitentiary facility.
Abaigar, who serves as a public official in the administration of ultra-Kirchnerist Axel Kicillof within the Directorate of Awareness and Rights Promotion of the Ministry of Women, was sent to the women's penitentiary unit managed by the Federal Penitentiary Service in that city in Buenos Aires province. This took place after she gave her statement and spent a night held in a police station.
So far, she is the only person who remains in custody for the acts of vandalism committed in front of the liberal deputy's home. Additionally, a few hours after ordering Abaigar's arrest, the judge also ordered the detention of her mother, Eva Pietravallo (69), and Daniel Protti (33), a mechanic linked to the K activist.

Both were released after giving their statements. According to Llermanos, the arrests would have been made due to the use of a blue card corresponding to Abaigar's vehicle.
The attorney argues that the events do not constitute a criminal offense but rather a municipal infraction, and he also criticized the judge for not taking into account the "health problems" of the violent Abaigar when ordering her transfer to Ezeiza.
"She has a very rare disease. An immunodeficiency that severely affects her lungs, and Arroyo Salgado ordered the transfer with the recommendation that this condition be considered when determining the place of accommodation. She knows that such a place doesn't exist," the defense attorney tried to portray her as a victim.

In that vein, he added: "In the prison visiting rooms (the place where lawyers meet with their clients) you step in excrement and in summer, if you're lucky, cockroaches step on your head, and that's for the lawyers, imagine inside." He criticized the fact that, in any case, she was not transferred to a health center under custody.
Finally, the attorney filed an appeal against Arroyo Salgado's decision, and now Chamber II of the Federal Court of San Martín will have to solve the situation.
