L-Gante presented evidence that Tamara Báez is lying: 'What she wants is a raise'
The musician returned to the country after a tour in Europe and stated that he is up to date with his daughter's child support payments
After more than a month touring Europe, Elian Valenzuela, better known as L-Gante, returned to Argentina and broke his silence on two topics that directly involve him: his relationship with Wanda Nara and the legal dispute he keeps with Tamara Báez, mother of his daughter Jamaica.
In a live interview with Puro Show (eltrece), the singer stated that he is fulfilling his financial obligations and displayed the receipts for the monthly payments.

"Even I don't understand my relationship with Wanda, but we get along and we understand each other. We know how to separate the time when we were closest to being a couple from today, the reason why we are not together that way anymore. Each of us does our own thing and we respect each other," he said when asked about his current situation with the businesswoman.
However, it was in the legal sphere where he was more emphatic. The cumbia 420 singer denied having any active garnishments or any prohibition on leaving the country, and he emphasized that many of the reports that circulated during his absence were inaccurate: "I'm going to take care of all this now that I'm back, but I think that in these months a lot has been said, especially about the issue of the payments."
Immediately afterward, the cumbia 420 figure took out his cell phone and showed the camera the receipts for the child support payments. "I'm up to date. Maybe what they're looking for is an increase, which I'm available for if it's granted. Until the judge orders it... here you see it says Tamara, here is another receipt for my mother. Everything is up to date," he stated, pointing to the transfer records.
L-Gante negó deber la cuota alimentaria de su hija
He was even more direct when referring to Merlo: "Tamara still needs to meet and talk more closely with her lawyer, who is an airhead. Mr. Merlo makes requests that make no sense, because he keeps asking and then forbids me from going to work. He's a blockhead."
On the same show, Matías Vázquez shared on air Juan Pablo Merlo's reaction to the musician's statements. Far from downplaying the confrontation, the lawyer replied harshly: "You're the blockhead, Mr. L-Gante. The girl has rights and if the father is doing well, the girl also has to be well."
