Luisana Lopilato, who has been living in Canada for more than 15 years, once again showed that she doesn't forget her Argentine roots. This time, the actress wanted to treat her brother Darío Lopilato, who is visiting her home, with a classic from our country's cuisine, a good barbecue.
However, her way of preparing it on the grill sparked a series of divided and very critical reactions on social media for various reasons.
Through her Instagram account, Luisana shared a video in which she appears preparing the barbecue for her family. "Proof that I'm the grill master at home!", wrote the actress alongside the images of her culinary process, not simple but delicious.

In the Instagram clip, her older brother can be seen, who didn't hesitate to joke about his sister's grilling skills, saying with a laugh: "Do you grill a lot, Lu? Here in Canada, you grill a lot, it's obvious...", commented the actor, while Luisana, always with her characteristic humor, replied: "Lopy, didn't you think of me as a grill master?"
However, despite the actress's intention to share a joyful, happy, and family moment of her life with all her followers, the criticism was quick to arrive as expected on social media. Several followers didn't approve of her technique for preparing the barbecue, especially the absence of traditional embers, leaving opinions like: "Everything is nice, but Argentine barbecue is made with embers", "Flames under the meat? That's the Yankee style, nothing to do with the barbecue here", and "Where's the charcoal?", were some of the negative comments she received.
Despite the negative comments, many users defended the actress, highlighting her effort to keep the Argentine tradition alive even when she is in a country as distant and with such different customs as Canada: "What criticism she receives, please! She's in Canada making barbecue and instead of applauding her, they criticize her with their 'great chefs' tips", wrote a follower. Another user added: "What pride! With gas or embers, what does it matter? Go, Argentina!".
