Marcelo Polino defended Florencia Peña and raised concerns about Lizy Tagliani's adoption.
The journalist supported Peña after Canosa's complaint and warned of legal obstacles for Lizy
The journalist Marcelo Polino spoke firmly in defense of Florencia Peña, after Viviana Canosa mentioned her in a complaint filed in Comodoro Py. In an interview with Infama (América), he expressed his full support for the actress and dismissed any kind of implication.
Polino stated he didn't know the details of the complaint, but he was categorical: "I vouch for Florencia Peña, I've known her since she was 17." He also joked about the allegations involving her in a supposed youth recruitment network:"She has three kids and sometimes doesn't even have time to go to the hairdresser, is she going to recruit girls at TC2000?"
He also referred to the silence that surrounded the complaint after the initial uproar. He proposed a theory about this apparent calm: "When they start touching the big fish, everyone goes quiet. Because everyone has something to hide."
Concern for Lizy Tagliani: the adoption process could become complicated
During his intervention, Polino showed special concern for the situation of Lizy Tagliani, who is going through an adoption process with her partner. Although her lawyer denied that the complaint could harm her, Polino pointed out that any confusing signal before the Justice can halt the process.

"This is not a good time for her situation," he stated. He added that, from experience in accompanying adoptive parents, judges usually act very cautiously: "When something strange appears, even if it's not serious, they don't sign anything until it's clarified."
The journalist avoided delving into Tagliani's private life, but he emphasized that the context is not favorable. His testimony sought to highlight how these media complaints can generate unexpected collateral effects.
Polino praised Canosa's courage but criticized the handling of the issue
Although he was critical of the implications of the complaint, Polino valued Canosa's confrontational attitude. "She has faced heavy people," he stated, acknowledging her courage to speak about power. However, he also expressed his bewilderment at the subsequent media blackout: "I didn't talk to her afterward, but everything calmed down. Strange."
Finally, he revealed that the scandal caused tensions within El Trece. According to him, Adrián Suar was deeply upset with Canosa, to the point that the future of her program might have been compromised.
Polino's testimony not only provided clarity on Peña's innocence but also raised alarms about the real impact of media complaints on personal processes like Lizy Tagliani's.
