The forward, who has not seen his daughters for more than four months due to his work commitments in Türkiye, emphasized his concern about the environment to which, according to him, they are exposed. Francesca and Isabella are currently living a life that is inappropriate for girls aged 10 and 8. In his filing, Icardi referred to a key precedent: the restriction previously imposed by the judiciary regarding his daughters' contact with his own partner. The complaint comes amid a prolonged dispute over custody and communication arrangements between Icardi and Wanda Nara, who have maintained a contentious relationship since their final separation.
