Amid the reports about the family and professional differences between Tini Stoessel and her parents, a new chapter related to the management of the wealth that the artist has built since the beginning of her career has come to light.

Ángel de Brito presented on LAM (América TV) information about a supposed audit requested by the singer to determine the wealth generated from her artistic activity and to establish how the assets would be distributed between her and her family.

According to the documentation cited on the program, the so-called “asset pool” would amount to US$89 million. However, the figure has been questioned by Alejandro Stoessel's circle, who claim that the amount does not correspond to what the artist has generated.

“Result of the audit and fund management, asset pool of 89 million dollars, managed over the last 15 years,” journalist Pilar Smith read on air while referring to the supposed document.

What the million-dollar agreement Tini Stoessel proposed to her parents would look like

According to the information disseminated on LAM, the scheme would contemplate a distribution of the wealth among Tini, Alejandro Stoessel, Mariana Muzlera, and Francisco Stoessel.

The singer would retain 70%, in addition to having exclusive liquidity and 100% of the rights related to her music catalog, local royalties, trademarks, and current and future advertising and sponsorship contracts.

If only the disclosed valuation of US$89 million were taken as a reference, that percentage would amount to approximately US$62.3 million. However, the reported distribution includes assets and rights of different natures, so it does not necessarily imply a distribution of US$89 million in cash.

In the case of Alejandro Stoessel, the agreement would assign him 15%. Smith explained that this percentage would correspond to compensation and indemnification for his commercial management history, in addition to the 50% undivided share of a property located in San Isidro.

“Alejandro, the 15%, corresponds to indemnification, compensation for indemnification, commercial management history plus the 50% undivided share of the San Isidro property,” the journalist detailed.

The singer's mother, Mariana Muzlera, would receive 10%, which would include the remaining 50% of that property, local liquid funds, and vehicles in her name. Finally, Francisco Stoessel, Tini's brother, would be assigned 5%.
