Milei's government warned the K hooligans who are going to march to Congress.
The Ministry of Security warned that 'strict measures' will be taken to ensure public order and safety.
Hours before the demonstration called by the barrabravas of clubs and the CGT to join the protest held by groups of Kirchnerist retirees every Wednesday near the National Congress, the Government of Javier Milei warned that "strict measures" will be applied to ensure public order and safety.
From the National Security Ministry, they also indicated that those who obstruct the normal functioning of transportation or services "will be punished with imprisonment from three months to two years".
"It is reminded that any person who engages in conduct that affects security, participating in acts that cause riots or disturbances with violence against people or property, or who performs any action contrary to the law, will be identified and detained," reported the department led by Patricia Bullrich through a statement on its X account.
Additionally, they warned that "the Administrative Attendance Restriction will be applied to any sporting event, which will imply a ban on entering football stadiums anywhere in the country".

"The National Government reaffirms its commitment to citizen security, respect for the law, and public order, guaranteeing the well-being of the entire population. In this regard, acts of violence in demonstrations or events of any kind will not be tolerated, and what is established in article 194 of the Penal Code will be strictly applied," it adds.
Next, the Ministry's statement details the previously mentioned article: "Anyone who, without creating a situation of common danger, prevents, hinders, or obstructs the normal functioning of land, water, or air transportation or public communication services, water supply, electricity, or energy substances, will be punished with imprisonment from three months to two years".
Finally, from Milei's Government, all participants of the march are urged to express themselves peacefully and within the framework of legality to avoid incidents.

Bullrich's warning
Yesterday, the National Security Minister, Patricia Bullrich, stated in an interview that the barrabravas participating this Wednesday in the march at the Congress could be detained if they cause disturbances. "Don't dare, because you'll find us," she said.
"We are working on a resolution that would be issued this afternoon or tomorrow. If they violate article 194 of the Penal Code (which establishes that it is a crime to obstruct the functioning of transportation or public services), if they step onto the street or attempt to hit the Police, of course, we can detain them," Bullrich had assured in statements to La Red radio.
