President Javier Milei delivered a keynote address at the 12th Regional Economy Congress of Club de la Libertad, introduced by Alberto Medina Méndez, where he offered an expanded version of the talk he usually gives to international investors. He presented the administration's achievements, but also the economic potential of a country that, after decades of populism, is beginning to reinsert itself into the world.
Milei emphasized that the country has entered the path that will make Argentina great again, highlighting a recent milestone: the signing of the new bilateral and trade agreement with the United States, which, announced by the White House minutes before the conference, constitutes a key step to expand markets and consolidate the process of international reintegration.

The President insisted that capital accumulation is only possible when there is positive net investment, a point impossible to reach if property rights are not respected. He stated that Argentina became decapitalized after "100 years of populism", which requires rebuilding a framework of trust based on clear rules, low state intervention, and a sustained reduction of the interest rate through market mechanisms.
He argued that one of the sectors with the greatest potential is mining. According to Milei, the country could directly generate one million jobs. To achieve this, he announced the submission to Congress of a bill that will amend the Glaciers Law to return to the provinces the ability to define their periglacial zones. The original initiative was promoted by Mendoza governor Alfredo Cornejo and the president acknowledged his merit.
