The Peruvian model broke her silence about the end of the relationship and made strong statements about disloyalty and the "lies" that would have marked the breakup.
Milett Figueroa decided to speak publicly for the first time about her separation from Marcelo Tinelli and her statements quickly generated a strong uproar both in Peru and Argentina.
The model gave an interview for the Peruvian show Amor y fuego, broadcast by Willax, where she was directly asked about the end of the relationship and the supposed new romance of the host with Rossana Almeyda.
The explosive statements were quickly replicated by various Argentine entertainment programs, including A la tarde on América TV, where they analyzed each of the phrases from the former participant of Bailando.
Marcelo Tinelli confirmed the separation only in April 2026.
During the conversation, hosts Rodrigo González and Gigi Mitre asked her how she took the news of Tinelli's new romantic link, and she surprised everyone with a response full of innuendos.
“Everyone has the right to rebuild their life as they see fit. Obviously, I wish him all the happiness in the world. If he doesn't make the same mistakes he made with me, he will be able to be happy,” she stated bluntly.
The phrase immediately raised suspicions about possible situations of infidelity or disloyalty during their relationship.

Later on, Milett elaborated on the reasons that led her to distance herself from the Argentine host and acknowledged that the decision was especially difficult because she was still in love.
“I ended the relationship while being very much in love because our values do not align and it was not healthy for me,” she expressed sincerely.
However, the most uncomfortable moment of the interview came when Rodrigo González directly asked her if Marcelo Tinelli had been unfaithful to her with Rossana Almeyda.
Although she avoided explicitly confirming the situation, the model also did not deny the possibility and left a response that fueled even more speculation.
“I can only speak for myself, I was faithful. What other people do, they will answer for themselves,” she replied firmly.
For many viewers, that phrase served as an indirect confirmation that the relationship may have ended amid situations of betrayal and distrust.
But Milett still had one last statement that further ignited the controversy. “I want to make it clear that I do not like lies or betrayals. Disloyalty does not suit me at all,” she concluded.
