Mirtha Legrand once again gathered a table of prominent figures from Argentine entertainment. This time, the guests were the protagonists of El Eternauta, the new television adaptation of the iconic national comic. Ricardo Darín, Carla Peterson, Andrea Pietra, Ariel Staltari, and Marcelo Subiotto shared anecdotes and reflections in a program that combined humor, memory, and emotion.
During the opening of the show, Mirtha surprised Ricardo Darín with a direct comment that left the actor speechless. "How long has it been since you last came, little one?" she asked in her characteristic style. Darín, with an awkward smile, acknowledged: "It had been a while, yes."
The host didn't let the opportunity pass and went further: she took his hand, looked at him intently, and said: "Why did you do this to me?" The phrase, which mixed reproach with affection, puzzled the actor, who managed to respond: "I didn't do anything to you, I was working abroad."
Ricardo Darín's emotional memory of his sister, Alejandra
The atmosphere of the program changed when Mirtha mentioned Alejandra Darín, the actor's sister, who passed away in January of this year after facing a long illness. The host, visibly moved, expressed: "I knew her very little, but she was lovely." Tears welled up as she spoke, and Ricardo Darín, also emotional, listened in silence.
"She's already in heaven," Mirtha said, her voice breaking. Andrea Pietra intervened and shared her personal memory: "She was a very good friend of mine. She left us with the order to remember her with joy because she was very much about celebrating everything. She promoted joy, and celebrating was her banner."
