On Tuesday, September 16, Brick Data was presented, a technological development created together with MV Real Estate. The initiative was born from the agreement between a local newspaper (La Voz) and MLS Córdoba, and offers real estate agents reliable data dashboards. The aim is to improve efficiency in daily management, providing transparency and accuracy in every operation.
The event brought together MLS Córdoba members who were able to access this tool designed to transform their daily work for the first time. Brick Data is fueled by the Clasificados La Voz database, which was carefully refined to remove out-of-market values. Thanks to this, the reports become an objective source that helps strengthen the relationship between agents and clients.
The tool marks a milestone in the Córdoba market, allowing professionals to know listing prices and also identify real demand. This approach complements the agent's experience, providing solid and up-to-date arguments to guide buying and selling decisions. This way, information becomes a key input to accelerate processes without replacing human knowledge.

A tool to enhance professional work
Unlike other digital solutions, Brick Data doesn't seek to replace the agent but to reinforce their strategic role with valuable data. According to those involved, the tool "provides objective support to experience, making it easier to present arguments to clients and generating safer and faster decisions."
Lucas Delgado, head of Clasificados La Voz, stated that "collaboration and information make the difference for professionals, and simplicity accelerates their ways of working." With this definition, he emphasized that the proposal meets the real needs of the sector, providing efficiency without diminishing the importance of agents' work.
The initiative is also part of MLS Córdoba's commitment to the professionalization and ongoing training of its members. By incorporating new technologies that combine reliable information with practical usability, the local real estate sector is positioned to meet current challenges. Thus, Brick Data represents not only a digital advancement but also a commitment to transparency and competitiveness.
