The recent appearance of Eugenia "la China" Suárez on La Mañana con Moria (eltrece) once again put her at the center of the media spotlight.
The actress is currently promoting her new series for Disney Plus, but a version that surfaced on television revealed that not everything that happened in front of the cameras made it to air.
According to Majo Martino on Sálvese Quien Pueda (América TV), the show's production team reportedly decided to edit part of the interview to protect Benjamín Vicuña, the actress's ex-partner and father of two of her children.
The pointed question that was allegedly removed during editing
Martino stated that Moria Casán asked a direct question that sparked controversy: "At one point, Moria says to her: 'So you said Benjamín Vicuña is stingy?'", the panelist recounted.
According to Martino's version, la China answered candidly and explained her point of view forcefully, but neither the question nor the answer appeared in the final interview aired by El Trece.
"She said everything she wanted to say", she said. Upon hearing this, Yanina Latorre expressed surprise at the alleged omission: "It's strange that Moria didn't mention it."
