The OECD projects a 5.2% growth for Argentina in 2025 thanks to Milei.

According to the organization's report, Argentina will experience significant economic growth over the next two years

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) published its Economic Outlook report, in which it projects a very favorable scenario for Argentina over the next two years. According to the international organization, the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) would grow by 5.2% in 2025, which would place the Argentine economy as the second fastest-growing among G20 members, only behind India, which would reach 6.3%. For 2026, the local growth projection stands at around 4.3%. The document notes that the improvement in activity began to consolidate in the second half of 2024, driven by a rebound in private consumption, higher investment, and a more stable macroeconomic environment, thanks to the successful economic policy of Javier Milei's government. "A solid economic recovery is taking shape," the OECD highlighted in its report.
