Papo MC will sue BLAST Premier for excluding BESTIA from the international tournament
Despite having solved the legal issues, the Argentine team was replaced by Brazilians who had lost
Amid the scandal shaking the esports world, the CEO of the Argentine team BESTIA, the popular streamer and freestyler Papo MC, announced that he will take the organization BLAST Premier to Justice.
The decision comes after it was confirmed that BESTIA will not be able to compete in the Counter-Strike 2 Major in Austin, despite having legitimately earned their spot in the South American qualifier. Instead, the tournament organization awarded the spot to the Brazilian team Legacy, which had been defeated in the regional final.
"See you in court," wrote Papo MC on his social media, moments after BLAST Premier published an official statement in which they attempted to justify the controversial decision.

According to the organization, the measure was taken because BESTIA's players had not been able to confirm their availability in time due to issues with U.S. visas, although these documents were finally approved thanks to last-minute efforts by the Government of Javier Milei.
"I gave them the option to do things right. See you in the Texas court and then in London's, I will not allow them to play with my boys' dreams. Justice will be served," assured Papo MC.
Despite everything, the organization ignored the resolution of the problem and remained firm in replacing the Argentines with the Brazilians. The situation sparked a strong wave of indignation in the gamer community and quickly escalated to the political and judicial arena.
The resolution of the problem
The controversy began days ago when it was revealed that two key players from BESTIA's roster—Luciano "luchov" Herrera and Tomás "tomaszin" Corna—did not have visas to enter the United States. The Argentine community, through the hashtag #ArgentinaAlMundial, launched a massive campaign on social media to find a solution.

The efforts reached the highest levels of government: libertarian deputy Agustín Romo, Foreign Minister Gerardo Werthein, and Macarena Alifraco, an official close to Santiago Caputo, intervened to expedite the process.
In record time, the visas were approved and the players were ready to travel. But the tournament organization did not reverse the substitution, even though BESTIA had met all the sporting and immigration requirements.
A legal and moral battle
Now, BESTIA will initiate legal action against BLAST Premier for a violation of fair play and basic sporting principles. The Argentine and global gamer community aligned in support of the team, which rightfully earned their qualification.
BESTIA's cause united influencers, media, and even political figures, who demand a review of the measure taken by BLAST. BESTIA and Papo MC's battle is not only for a spot in a tournament, which they rightfully earned, but for the dignity of competing and representing Argentina in an international tournament.
