After several years away from the local market, the Peugeot 308 is preparing to return to Argentina with a completely renewed generation. The classic French model will return as an import, marking a new stage for the lion brand in the country.
The launch of the new 308 is scheduled for the first half of 2026, although Peugeot hasn't confirmed the prices or the configurations that will be offered in the local market yet. However, it is already known that the model will feature combustion, hybrid, and electric versions.

A complete redesign with a renewed identity
The new Peugeot 308 was developed on the EMP2 platform, which allowed for a remarkable evolution in dimensions and style. The model grew by 11 centimeters (4.36 meters [14.3 feet]) in length and 5.5 centimeters (2.67 meters [8.8 feet]) in wheelbase. In addition, it adds a larger trunk of 412 liters, which can reach 1,323 liters with the rear seats folded down.
The height was also reduced by 2 centimeters and the hood was lengthened, achieving a more aerodynamic silhouette. Aesthetically, the redesign is complete. It features a new front grille, LED headlights, and the new Peugeot logo, which adopts a shield with a lion's head.
