The highly anticipated Megaascenso expansion for Pokémon TCG Pocket now has an official release date: October 30. The new collection will bring back Megaevolutions, one of the most beloved mechanics in the Pokémon universe, along with new trainer cards, special illustrations, and themed booster packs.
The Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG Pokémon Pocket) continues to expand its catalog with an update that promises to revolutionize the metagame. The expansion will include three different booster packs: Mega Blaziken, Mega Gyarados, and Mega Altaria, each with its own set of exclusive cards.

Mega Pinsir ex – Critical Scissor (80+ HP): Flip a coin; if heads, it deals +70 damage.
Mega Gyarados ex – Megastream (140 HP): Discard the top 3 cards of the opponent's deck.
Mega Absol ex – Shadow Claw (80 HP): Discard a Supporter card from the opponent's hand.
Mega Altaria ex – Harmonious Megasong (40+ HP): Deals +30 damage for each Pokémon on your Bench.
Mega Ampharos ex – Electric Lancer (100 HP): Damage is distributed among the opponent's Benched Pokémon.
These cards will become the competitive heart of the expansion, combining high-powered attacks with strategic effects.

Featured Pokémon in the collection
In addition to the Megaevolutions, Megaascenso will include a variety of classic and new Pokémon:

Ciprián (Supporter): Heals 70 points to Carracosta or Jellicent.
Ariana (Supporter): Allows you to get 2 Basic Pokémon with 50 HP or less.
