The last affidavit filed in 2025 by the ultra-Kirchner governor of the province of Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, details his financial situation and the economic activities he carries out privately.
In the official document, the president stated as an activity the provision of real estate services carried out on his own account.
According to the information stated, Kicillof receives annual rental income amounting to $9,586,158. This income comes from real estate that, according to the presentation, is located exclusively in the City of Buenos Aires.
The asset detail includes two properties.
The first is an apartment located in Junín 654, in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Barrio Norte, declared with a valuation of $20,887,710, which is equivalent to approximately 15,000 dollars according to the reference entered.
The second property is a house located on Avenida de los Constituentes 3489, whose valuation was declared at $141,436,980, close to 100,000 dollars.
However, these are nominal values at the date of purchase, so they should be updated taking into account the accumulated inflation since the acquisition.
According to the affidavit, all properties registered in the name of the governor are located in the City of Buenos Aires. In this sense, the presentation does not include real estate investments within the province of Buenos Aires, a jurisdiction that Kicillof manages as the head of the Executive Branch
. Axel Kicillof.
The activity declared as self-employed real estate services reflects that the representative obtains income from the administration and operation of these assets. The amounts reported correspond to annual income derived from rents, which is part of their personal economic situation, differentiated from their public service.
The information comes exclusively from the official documentation submitted by Kicillof himself in compliance with the obligations of financial transparency.
