The conflict erupted when architect Daniela Vera Fontana reported her ex, Roberto Castillo, to the Domestic Violence Office. Additionally, videos were released in which the attorney appeared insulting her, which intensified the scandal.
Cinthia Fernández explained why she had remained silent
The first to speak was Cinthia Fernández. Adopting the style of Yanina Latorre on social media, she shared a message on Instagram with a black background and white letters, in which she justified her silence.

According to her explanation, she had decided not to speak out of respect for a restraining order imposed by the Justice. "I'm not pretending to be oblivious, but I chose not to speak after the events that are of public knowledge," she clarified.
Fernández also noted that although she is eager to express herself, she can't do so by court order. "When the Justice allows it, I will express myself. For now, I can't," she concluded.
Roberto Castillo defended himself and requested his right to reply
Meanwhile, the lawyer Roberto Castillo also used his social media to defend himself. He published a statement similar to his partner's, also with a black background and white letters.

Castillo informed that he requested an exception to the current restraining order to be able to give his version in two interviews. He clarified that his intention is to exercise his right to reply and tell "the only truth of this story."
Additionally, he announced that he would appear on Thursday, April 10, on two television channels: El Nueve and América TV. Although he didn't confirm the programs, it was speculated that one would be Los Profesionales de Siempre.
With these statements, both Cinthia and Roberto broke their silence and stated their position in a case that continues to generate media and judicial repercussions.
