Demanding training and a personalized routine
The cover of Men’s Fitness UK magazine showcased the results of the intense physical work the actor undertook. On social media, Baron Cohen joked about his new character: "middle-aged man who swapped beer for protein shakes."
He also clarified that he did not use artificial intelligence for the production of the images: "This is not AI", he assured. "Some celebrities use Ozempic, others private chefs, others personal trainers... I used all three."
The plan behind the change
To undertake this transformation, he contacted Matthew McConaughey, who recommended Alfonso Moretti, known as @theangrytrainer on Instagram. After a video call, the trainer accepted the challenge.
El plan detrás del cambio
According to Moretti, they started with a plan that included 100 push-ups a day. To this, they added 25 minutes of intense training sessions that he maintained even while filming abroad.
Visible results in record time
The actor's consistency even required adjusting the Mephisto suit twice due to changes in his body. He also adopted a low-sugar, high-fiber diet that accompanied the entire process.

The trainer shared the achievement on his Instagram account, highlighting the actor's commitment: "He trusted my process and followed the plan to the letter." Moretti is famous for achieving this type of rapid results, and his clients also include other celebrities.
