The upcoming Galaxy Unpacked on July 9 promises to be one of the most striking in recent years. An official video from Samsung reinforces the rumors about the possible unveiling of its first tri-fold smartphone.
The device, mentioned under the name Galaxy Z Fold Ultra, would be the main highlight of the event. It would be introduced alongside the highly anticipated Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7.

Samsung plays the mystery card and drops hints about its new Ultra foldable
The video published by Samsung blends culinary aesthetics with technological nods. It shows folded empanadas while the word "Ultra" is repeated, which many interpret as a clear sign of what's coming.
The brand has already used this strategy to generate anticipation in previous launches, such as with the Galaxy Ring or the S25 Edge. Now, everything points to the turn of the tri-fold foldable.
A tri-fold that would mark a turning point
According to the outlet SamMobile, this new model would represent a true revolution in the Galaxy line-up. It would be introduced in July, but would officially launch only in the last quarter of the year.
