Sega has presented the list of titles it will bring to the Tokyo Game Show 2025, Japan's most anticipated gaming event. In addition to the already confirmed games, they announced that there will be at least four brand-new reveals.
Like other publishers, Sega aims to generate anticipation with a strong line-up and some cards kept up its sleeve. The surprises are expected to be linked to classic sagas and new adaptations.

Sega's confirmed games
- Sonic Racing CrossWorlds: available September 25.
- Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage: launching October 30.
- Persona 3 Reload for Switch 2: arriving October 23.
- Persona 5: The Phantom X: available on mobile and PC.
What to expect from the surprises
Sega has confirmed that it will showcase four more games at the expo, although it did not reveal titles. Everything suggests that they could be related to the work of Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio, responsible for the Like a Dragon/Yakuza saga.
