La Libertad Avanza capped off a decisive election day, consolidating President Javier Milei's leadership and reaffirming the public's support for his structural reform program. In the country's most emblematic districts, the ruling party recorded categorical results: in Buenos Aires City, it obtained 47.41% compared to Fuerza Patria's Kirchnerism with 26.90%, with 93.36% of the votes counted, and in Buenos Aires Province, it achieved 41.53% against the opposition's 40.84%, with 93.5% of the votes tallied.

With these numbers, Milei achieves unprecedented federal support: La Libertad Avanza prevailed in 16 provinces, including Buenos Aires, CABA, Córdoba, Santa Fe, Mendoza, Entre Ríos, and Salta, consolidating a key legislative majority for the second stage of his administration.

From the Libertador Hotel, President Milei took the stage around 10:30 p.m., accompanied by Karina Milei, Santiago Caputo, Manuel Adorni, Patricia Bullrich, and Diego Santilli, to greet supporters and announce the beginning of a new political era. The atmosphere was one of total celebration: supporters chanted "Long live freedom, damn it!" and sang with the president a chant that has already become a symbol:

"Take the penguin out of the drawer, so he can see... that the kids have changed their minds and carry the flag brought by the Lion!"

Amid the euphoria, the senator-elect for CABA, Patricia Bullrich, expressed her gratitude for the massive support: "Thank you to everyone who today believes the country can change. Society has given this project impressive support throughout Argentina," she stated from the stage.

The audience also cheered the newly elected deputy Diego Santilli, reminding him of his promise to shave his head if he won the election.

In his speech, Milei combined his characteristic style with a conciliatory tone, inviting political dialogue and institutional cooperation. "Today we've passed the turning point, the construction of a great Argentina begins. The Argentine people have decided to leave behind 100 years of decline and persist on the path of freedom, progress, and growth," he proclaimed.

Then, the president emphasized the mandate from the polls: "The effort has been reflected in this beautiful 41% of the votes. Two out of three Argentines don't want to go back to the past. We beat Kirchnerism by 14 points. Enough populism, never again populism." He also celebrated the new voting system, the single paper ballot, and thanked the members of his Cabinet for the task of "putting the country in order" after decades of mismanagement.

After confirming the results, Milei announced the beginning of a phase of legislative consensus: "We want to invite the vast majority of governors who will have parliamentary representation to discuss the agreements of the May Pact. We'll be able to turn into law the demands that the people shouted for: a different, free, and thriving Argentina."

The president stressed that the second-place forces in many provinces were not Kirchnerism, but local ruling parties "rational and pro-market." "They're actors with whom dialogue is possible. We want to work together with all forces that share our vision of a country that grows and leaves behind the planned misery of the past," he stated.

The day ended with a clear feeling: Argentina reaffirmed its liberal course, supporting Milei's administration after months of economic and political challenges. "Our priority will be to give the 47 million Argentines a better future. There are many more of us who want to move forward than those who want to go backward," the president concluded amid applause and libertarian chants.

Meanwhile, PRO president Mauricio Macri publicly congratulated Milei on the election result, interpreted as a gesture of support for the consolidation of a new liberal-conservative bloc.

La Libertad Avanza won 6 out of the 8 provinces at stake for the Senate—CABA, Chaco, Entre Ríos, Neuquén, Santa Fe, and Tierra del Fuego—and expands its caucus in the Chamber of Deputies, which will allow progress on the fiscal, labor, and political reforms planned for the second half of the term.

In contrast, Fuerza Patria only managed to prevail in Catamarca, Formosa, La Pampa, San Juan, Santa Cruz, and Tucumán, confirming Kirchnerism's territorial weakness, even in its historic strongholds.
