Emiliano "Dibu" Martínez is one of the pillars of the most successful cycle of the Argentina National Team in recent decades, but his personality on the field doesn't generate unanimity. Sergio Rochet, starting goalkeeper of the Uruguay National Team, acknowledged the hierarchy of the world champion, although he made it clear that he doesn't share his way of expressing himself on the field.
The Internacional de Porto Alegre goalkeeper was sincere when he gave his opinion about the Argentine in an interview with El Espectador Deportes. "Personally, I do not like him. I do not like his way of being like that. As a goalkeeper, the truth is that he is a phenomenon. He is a very good goalkeeper", he stated.
The Uruguayan goalkeeper then went deeper into his position and explained that it is all about a difference in profiles: "Personally, I am not fully convinced by those attitudes. Everyone has his own personality; I do not like it, I have a lower profile. It did work out for him and that is perfect, if he is comfortable like that".
