The heat wave showed its full fury this Tuesday in Córdoba, with temperatures above 40°C (104°F).
Los Cerrillos, in the far west of the province, led the highs with a record of 40.5°C (104.9°F).
According to the network of meteorological stations of the Information Department of the Córdoba Grain Exchange, 36.2°C (97.2°F) was recorded in the capital.

Meanwhile, in Eufrasio Loza, in the north, the thermometer reached 37.3°C (99.1°F); in Las Arrias, 37.4°C (99.3°F).
In the south, the heat did not let up either. In Río Cuarto, the heat index reached 37.1°C (98.8°F), in Coronel Moldes 38.5°C (101.3°F), while in Pince, almost at the border with La Pampa, 37.2°C (98.96°F).
To the east, in San Francisco, it climbed to 35°C (95°F).
