The court decided not to impose permanent deportation, basing its decision also on the alleged "long history of adaptation and integration" of the immigrant

The globalist drift of the European Union and its obsession with failed multiculturalism are sentencing the security of native citizens to death. The disintegration of European values and the collapse of public order have reached a point of no return in the north of the continent.

An Eritrean immigrant of approximately 30 years has been sentenced to just four years in prison for the rape of an 82-year-old woman in Sweden. Despite the atrocity of the crime, the Swedish judicial system has rejected the deportation from the country of the offender, hiding behind a supposed "long history of adaptation and integration" that is insulting to the victim and society.

The events, which demonstrate the danger of illegal and uncontrolled immigration protected by the regulatory frameworks of the European Union, occurred on November 3. The assailant, who worked as a caregiver, took advantage of his position to access the keys of his employer outside of service and assaulted the octogenarian in her own home.

The victim, a frail woman with recent memory deterioration, described the attack as an event that caused her "intense pain and discomfort", while DNA evidence confirmed the presence of semen on her sheets.

The judicial leniency towards the assailant reflects a EU that has lost its moral compass. Although the prosecution demanded that the crime be classified as aggravated rape due to the extreme vulnerability of the woman and the dependency relationship, the judges downgraded it to "ordinary rape".

The court's justification is a display of absolute cynicism: they claimed that the act "was brief" and occurred "without threats or additional physical violence", minimizing the trauma of a defenseless elderly woman.

The profile of the criminal dismantles any narrative about the benefits of integration promoted by European institutions. The individual, who has been residing in Sweden for almost twenty years, has a criminal record that includes thefts, petty thefts, and serious offenses linked to criminal gangs in Stockholm.

Furthermore, in 2022, the Svea Court of Appeal had already imposed a sentence of two years and two months for aggravated drug trafficking and driving under the influence of alcohol in an aggravated manner. Despite this history of recidivism, the court considered that his command of the local language and his recent employment were sufficient reasons to avoid his perpetual deportation.

The impunity that reigns under the protection of current laws leaves citizens at the mercy of recidivism. The judges themselves admitted in their ruling that there is a "clear risk that the man will continue committing crimes". This ruling is not just a local verdict, but a direct consequence of a Europe that, under the direction of the European Union, prefers to sacrifice the integrity of its elders rather than question the dogma of open doors and the false integration of the immigrant.
