After several years living in Buenos Aires, Lourdes Sánchez and Chato Prada decided to fulfill a shared dream: to build a vacation home in Corrientes, the dancer's home province.
With the project completed in 2023, the couple opened the doors to their new weekend residence, located in a privileged natural setting on the shores of Laguna Brava.
The new home, designed as a family refuge and vacation spot, is just 13 kilometers (8 miles) from the capital of Corrientes, within a private neighborhood surrounded by native vegetation.

There, the producer and the host opted for a chic country-style design, a trend that blends rustic with sophisticated, creating a warm, elegant, and welcoming atmosphere.
From her social media, Lourdes shared the step-by-step of the construction: from the first foundations to the final decorative details. The single-story house was designed to integrate with the environment while offering comfort and aesthetics.
Upon entering, a foyer with a double light blue door and golden hardware welcomes you. The white walls and natural light create a bright and serene atmosphere. The floor, covered in stone or ceramic, complements the Mediterranean style that is replicated in every corner.

The tour continues with a functional hallway connecting the rooms, decorated with white door closets and golden handles. The light wood floor adds warmth and visually unifies the spaces.
The dining room keeps the country imprint, with a round light wood table surrounded by softly designed chairs. Large windows allow natural light to take center stage, accompanied by white curtains that filter the sun. Above the table, simple line pendant lamps reinforce the home's relaxed spirit.
The kitchen, meanwhile, reflects the balance between functionality and aesthetics. With pastel light blue furniture, golden details, and marble countertops, it becomes a space as comfortable as it is visually appealing. In front of the washing area, a large window overlooking the garden stands out, and toward the end, there is a covered grill, ideal for family gatherings.
