Thanks to Milei's policies, Pampa Energía closed 2024 with a production record.

The company increased its gas production by 21% and consolidated its leadership in power generation.

Pampa Energía presented its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2024 to investors, highlighting a year of expansion in gas production, growth in electric power generation, and advances in its strategic projects.

The company's CEO, Gustavo Mariani, celebrated the achievements:

"We had an excellent 2024, where we once again consolidated our growth. Gas production increased by 21% compared to 2023, which means an increase of almost 80% compared to 2017."

He also highlighted the company's solid financial position, with a 19% year-on-year growth in EBITDA and a reduction of net debt to USD 410 million, the lowest level since 2016.

Leadership in electric power generation: Pampa contributed 15.3% of the country's total

Pampa Energía consolidated for the seventh consecutive year as the largest private electricity generator in Argentina, representing 15.3% of the national supply in 2024.

This result was possible thanks to:

  • A 4% growth in generation compared to 2023.
  • A 95% availability in its generating park.
  • The commissioning of the Pampa Energía VI Wind Farm.

Advances in Rincón de Aranda and expansion in oil production

The company continues to advance in its Rincón de Aranda project, with a planned investment of USD 1.5 billion to multiply oil production in the area by ten.

The milestones achieved so far include:

  • The completion of one well and the drilling of three additional pads.
  • The construction of key facilities, including a gas pipeline and an oil pipeline.

For 2025, Pampa Energía projects:

  • Completing seven pads with four wells each.
  • Reaching a production of 20,000 barrels per day in the second half of the year.
  • Starting production in April, in line with the commissioning of the Oldelval Duplicar oil pipeline.

Investment in infrastructure: expansion of gas transportation

The company is also advancing in the bidding for the project presented by TGS, a firm co-controlled by Pampa, for the expansion of the gas transportation system.

This private project, which will require an investment of USD 700 million, includes:

  • The expansion of the Perito Moreno Gas Pipeline.
  • Expansion works in the regulated TGS system.

International financing and debt restructuring

In terms of the financial market, Pampa Energía managed to extend its debt profile to 7 and 10 years, issuing two bonds with competitive interest rates.

Additionally, the company fully canceled its bond maturing in 2027, optimizing its financial structure to continue expanding its business in the coming years.
