The trial for the brutal murder of Cecilia Strzyzowski entered its final stage with a unanimous request for conviction from the Special Prosecutor's Team and the plaintiffs: life imprisonment for César Sena as the perpetrator of the murder, and the same sentence for his parents, Emerenciano Sena and Marcela Acuña, identified as necessary participants and masterminds of the plan to cover up the crime.
Prosecutor Juan Martín Bogado's presentation was categorical. According to his argument, the puzzle of the case was completely assembled: from the prior tensions within the couple to the manipulation exerted by César's parents, to the carefully designed plan to kill, incinerate, and make the body disappear. He recalled that Cecilia believed in a life project with her partner, while the Sena family rejected her. He even recounted how the young woman prepared for a fake trip to the south—she packed her suitcase and researched chocolate shops in Buenos Aires—without knowing she would never leave Resistencia.

The prosecutor detailed that on June 2, 2023, after entering the Sena clan's house, the young woman was murdered by César. Cecilia managed to defend herself and left marks on her striker's neck and arm. From that point, Bogado stated, an operation was set in motion to erase all traces: coordinated messages between Acuña, Emerenciano, and their collaborators; suspicious movements in the residence; elimination of objects; and a trip to Campo Rossi, where—according to the accusation—the body was burned for hours to incinerate it completely.
