The Civic Coalition has once again raised alarms about the luxurious mansion of more than 105,000 square meters (1,130,210 square feet) in Villa Rosa, Pilar, attributed to alleged frontmen of Claudio "Chiqui" Tapia and Pablo Toviggino. This time, the leaders reported that the helipad installed within the property doesn't appear in the official ANAC records and called for an urgent search because, according to their claims, "they're emptying it" after the case became public.
The complaint, signed by Tomás Yofe and Facundo Del Gaiso, states that videos are circulating on social media showing a helicopter landing on the property, even with comments from neighbors who claim to see Tapia regularly arriving at the estate. The aerial images show a leveled platform marked with an "H" and a green runway next to the 11-a-side soccer field, which would confirm operational use despite the lack of official authorization.

According to the public ANAC registry, there is no authorized helipad at the indicated address. The only one available in Villa Rosa is located 3.5 kilometers (2.17 miles) to the north and belongs to a ranch dedicated to horse breeding, with no similarities to the infrastructure visible at the reported estate. This would imply possible violations of aeronautical regulations and warrants an immediate inspection.
The property is registered under Real Central SRL, made up of Luciano Pantano and his mother, Ana Lucía Conte, both unrelated to assets compatible with such an acquisition. The leaders had already asked PROCELAC to investigate a possible money laundering scheme, irregular acquisition of assets, and the use of frontmen linked to AFA's circle. According to the document, the company received a suspicious injection of 58 million pesos ($58 million) one month before purchasing the property.
