The footage shows episodes of beatings, suffocation, and ongoing abuse of the child by the accused. The case came to light thanks to a camera installed by the parents. "Beating up this little one," said the attorney when describing the recordings.
The most well-known footage shows a slap and a suffocation maneuver while changing the baby. However, the episodes were not isolated and have been recorded since April. The mother reported that the nanny even prevented her from entering the house that day.

The prosecution is moving forward, but there is still no summons for the accused
The investigation is in the hands of prosecutor María Celeste Blasco. The woman has been identified, but she has not yet been formally summoned to testify. Meanwhile, the parents expanded their testimony and appeared as plaintiffs.
The defense keeps that there are legal grounds to aggravate the initial charges. An investigation for unlawful deprivation of liberty was also requested. The baby has already undergone a clinical examination, and further expert reports are expected.
Meanwhile, some sectors are distracted by ideological disputes or protect perpetrators, the real tragedy is happening in silence. In ordinary homes, where working families trust people who, as in this case, should not be near any child.
