The President of the United States, Donald Trump, released an explosive statement about the future of Iran and assured that “47 years of extortion, corruption and death” are about to end with a “total and complete change of regime”.

The message, released on Truth Social, marks one of Washington's strongest positions in the midst of the escalation in the Middle East.

A historic message and a global warning

Trump defined the moment as one of the most important in modern history and left open the possibility of a drastic outcome

.

“The end of an era” could take place in a matter of hours, he said, while warning that there is a risk of mass destruction if the situation escalates.

Even so, he expressed hope that a new leadership would allow a different future for the Iranian people.

Regime change and a new phase in Iran

The president stated that a new government, with “more intelligent and less radicalized minds”, could open the door to a profound transformation in the

country.

The message also included a direct nod to the Iranian population, to whom he sent his support in the midst of the conflict.

Attacks on key infrastructure shake Iran

In parallel with the statements, a coordinated offensive impacted strategic infrastructure in different regions

of the country.

Railroad bridges, key routes and logistics centers were hit, affecting internal connectivity and resource transport.

Among the objectives, Kharg Island, one of the main nodes for the export of Iranian oil, stood out.

The Strait of Hormuz, the axis of the conflict

The White House is considering advancing control of the Strait of Hormuz, a key route through which a significant part of the world's oil circulates

. The

United States tightens its strategy

The American president made it clear that, if the current negotiations fail, Washington is prepared to move forward with a larger operation

.

The possibility of imposing a toll system on oil traffic in the area even slipped, reinforcing strategic control of the maritime passage.

Confidence in a military victory

Trump expressed confidence in the outcome of the conflict and maintained that Iran has already been militarily weakened.

“We are the winners,” he said, reinforcing the idea that the United States will not back down from its strategy.

A turning point for the Middle East

The current scenario marks a possible historic break in the

region.

The future of the Iranian regime, control of the Strait of Hormuz and the global geopolitical balance are at stake at one of the most tense junctures in recent decades.
