The director of Hospital "4 de Junio" in Presidencia Roque Sáenz Peña, in the province of Chaco, reported having received death threats from a union leader of the State Workers' Association (ATE). The incident was reported to the police and is already under judicial investigation.
According to the complaint filed with the Fourth Police Station of Sáenz Peña, the complainant is Jaime César Etchelouz, the current director of the hospital, who stated that the threats were sent to him through audio messages to his cell phone.
According to his statement, the audio messages were recorded by Ricardo Luna, ATE's general secretary in the Sáenz Peña delegation, and contained intimidating expressions that put his physical integrity at risk.

The conflict allegedly arose from an administrative notification issued by the Human Resources Department of Hospital "4 de Junio". In that document, certain staff members were urged to comply with their usual working hours, given that they did not have valid union leave. This administrative decision caused the union leader's discontent, which led to the death threats.
In his police report, Etchelouz stated that the threats were explicit and that the audio messages he received are preserved and at the disposal of the justice system as evidence of the incident.

In light of this situation, the official formally requested that a ban on access and on approaching him by Ricardo Luna be issued as a preventive measure. The complaint was duly certified by police personnel, who also proceeded to receive the evidentiary material provided by the complainant, including the aforementioned audio files.
The proceedings were submitted and are already in the hands of the justice system, which must move forward with the investigation of the case and assess the possible adoption of legal measures against the union leader.
