A 54-year-old merchant was tortured and killed during a violent raid that occurred last Friday in the Buenos Aires party of Ituzaingó, in a context of strong insecurity in the province governed by the ultra-Kirchnerist Axel Kicillof.
A suspect was arrested for the crime in the City of Buenos Aires, while investigators continue to search for other alleged members of the gang.
The victim was identified as Andrés Aníbal Cerviño, who was attacked in his home located on 900 Bacacay Street, between General Miguel Soler and General Las Heras. According to the investigation, several criminals entered the house for the purpose of robbery and subjected the merchant to a brutal assault that ended with his death
.The crime was discovered by the victim's sister. According to sources in the case, the woman went to the house to visit him and when she arrived she noticed that the front door was open. Faced with this situation, he entered the house and walked to his brother's room

There he found Cerviño lying on the floor, tied hands and feet, in the midst of a major disorder caused by criminals while looking for cash and valuables. He also observed that the grille on one of the windows had been forced
.After the discovery, medical personnel from SAME went to the scene and found that the merchant was already dead.
The investigation was carried out by prosecutor María Alejandra Bonini, head of UFI No. 2 in Ituzaingó, who ordered the analysis of private and municipal security cameras in the area to identify those responsible.
