After days with oppressive heat, temperatures are expected to drop and rains are expected to return to Córdoba.
The heat wave made itself felt on Monday, with areas where the high climbed to 40 °C.
However, for this Tuesday, on a mostly cloudy day, the high will be around 31 °C.
Meanwhile, in the afternoon/evening isolated thunderstorms and showers are expected to occur in some parts of the city.
There are active yellow alerts for this Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15, so attention will have to be paid to possible severe thunderstorms and wind gusts.
The change in air will occur on Wednesday afternoon. It will first affect mainly the southern area of the province, where gusts of up to 50 km/h are expected.
For Thursday, the rain will already cover a large part of the map, including the central area and the capital.
Because of this, the highs will drop to a more "pleasant" range of 28 or 29 degrees, leaving behind the stifling heat wave.
