World leaders congratulate Javier Milei on his victory in the legislative elections

The enormous victory of La Libertad Avanza, the party of Argentine president Javier Milei, in the legislative elections on Sunday, October 26, triggered a series of greetings from international leaders, who celebrated the result and the support of Argentines for the government's reform program.

Through a message posted on his official X account, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed: "My dear friend President Javier Milei, Sara and I, and the State of Israel send you and the Argentine people our warmest congratulations on your extraordinary victory in yesterday's elections."

Finally, Santiago Abascal, the leader of the Spanish right-wing party VOX, thanked and celebrated Milei's victory as a triumph that "demonstrates the broad support of the Argentine people for your policies in the face of globalism, lies, and the criminal left."

The resounding result of La Libertad Avanza, about 40.6% of the votes, and the difference with Peronism, constitutes unprecedented parliamentary support that Milei had sought to consolidate his structural reforms.
