Yanina Latorre destroyed Jorge Rial: 'You're a coward'
The LAM panelist launched herself as the host of a new TV show and was scathing with Rial in her first broadcast
Last Monday was a historic day for Yanina Latorre, who, after eight years as a panelist on LAM, made the big leap as a host on her own show, Sálvese Quien Pueda (SQP), on América TV. The show, produced by Mandarina Contenidos, began with all the imprint and style that characterizes the presenter, marking a turning point in her television career.
From the start, Yanina made it clear that her new proposal on América's screen would leave no one indifferent. With an acidic and defiant tone, she stated in her presentation: "Welcome to Sálvese Quien Pueda, which I promise you no one will be saved."

One of the first clashes on her show was with Jorge Rial. The host replied forcefully to the hints made by the journalist. The clash began when, on his show, the businessman talked about "envelope journalists," alluding to a topic involving several sports journalists, but the mention of Latorre and her husband, Diego Latorre, did not go unnoticed.
"At least there are 10 sports journalists who receive an extra salary, which I know from whom to whom. Then there are trips abroad that you don't know where they come from, which are paid by agents," he began saying.
"Crazy, you go on a trip with your husband thanks to the pre-sale of a very important soccer agent and they do interviews, and a phenomenon and everything. Yesterday's was paid for," he continued.
In the context of the discussion, Rial criticized certain journalists who, according to him, receive extra payments, insinuating that they are influenced by players' or clubs' agents. They are benefited in exchange for promoting players or clubs, he remarked. The indirect reference to Diego Latorre unleashed Yanina's fury.

"You have to be so low, Rial, that to call me an envelope journalist, you call Diego an envelope journalist," began the former panelist of "Los Ángeles de la Mañana," visibly upset by the strong accusations. According to Latorre, Rial's comment was a "low accusation" that didn't even mention her husband directly, but did involve him in a broader attack.
"My husband is not a sports journalist, I take Jorgito out. My husband is the best soccer commentator in Argentina. The number one, I'm fed up," the media personality stated, continuing her rant. Latorre also emphasized that her husband has always worked honestly and has not benefited from any kind of extra payment to fulfill his duties.
