The company brought together 300 students from energy-related majors at the 'Real-Time Energy' event
The YPF Foundation held the 12th Annual Scholarship Program Meeting in Buenos Aires, with the participation of 300 students from energy-related majors from public universities across the country.
Under the motto "Real-Time Energy", the scholarship recipients toured the company's strategic facilities, such as the Upstream and Commercialization RTICs at the Puerto Madero Tower, the Regasification Vessel in Escobar, and the Dock Sud Thermal Power Plant of YPF Luz.
Horacio Marín's vision on Vaca Muerta and the energy future
The event concluded at Usina del Arte, where YPF CEO Horacio Marín shared his professional experience and the challenges of developing Vaca Muerta, the company's 4x4 plan, and the technologies that will shape the direction of energy in the coming years.

"This is the best program because it provides equal opportunities through meritocracy," Marín emphasized.
YPF Foundation's commitment to education
The executive director of YPF Foundation, Gustavo Schiappacasse, highlighted the importance of this type of event: "It allows us to bring our scholarship recipients closer so they can learn about key energy production operations."
He also emphasized that the goal is to train future professionals in the sector and promote equal access to higher education.
Visits, workshops, and the Ideathon challenge
During the three days, the scholarship recipients also visited the Ingeniero Enrique Mosconi Industrial Complex, Y-TEC, the Toyota plant, Dock Sud Port, and CNEA in Ezeiza.

They also participated in workshops with YPF specialists and presented projects at the Ideathon, a competition where teams design innovative solutions for the energy industry.
A program with social and educational impact
YPF Foundation's scholarship program aims to guarantee equal access to university education, prioritizing young people in disadvantaged socioeconomic situations.
96% of the scholarship recipients are the first generation of university students in their families. Each participant has a YPF mentor who supports them throughout their studies and connects them directly with the industry.
