YPF recorded a historic number of registrations at the launch of a new edition of its Young Professionals Program. In just one week, more than 7,000 young professionals applied to be part of the initiative, a figure that far exceeded the company's initial expectations.
The company indicated that the volume of applications confirms the consolidation of the program as one of the most attractive in the country for emerging talent and reflects the sustained interest in joining Argentina's leading energy company.
Talent development for strategic projects in the energy sector
YPF emphasized that the program not only aims to attract young people with high potential, but also to train future specialists and leaders who will participate in the strategic projects of the national energy industry.
Florencia Tiscornia, YPF's vice president of People and Culture, explained that the initiative has a dual objective: "With the Young Professionals Program we have a dual purpose: on the one hand, to consolidate our talent pool with the best young talent in the country, which is strengthened and enriched by our professionals and technicians with extensive experience in the industry. On the other hand, to train leaders who will be capable of managing, in the medium term, the most strategic projects for the future of the industry and of Argentina."

A comprehensive immersion experience in the business
The selected individuals will have access to a complete nine-month immersion experience, in which they will combine intensive training with active participation in innovative and multidisciplinary projects.
The program allows young professionals to become directly involved in initiatives that have an impact on the company's value chain, while they acquire a comprehensive view of how the energy sector operates and of the challenges that the industry faces in the country.
Generational exchange and professional development
One of the program's central pillars is the interaction between young talent and technical leaders from different areas of YPF. This dynamic seeks to leverage generational and career-path diversity in order to foster the exchange of knowledge and experiences.
According to the company, this approach strengthens the training process and enhances the value contribution for both the participants and the organization, by combining the experience of professionals with extensive careers in the industry with the innovative perspective of the new generations.
