The initiative includes a $350 million fund to finance nuclear projects and strengthen the sector's industrial capacity.

A record commitment to nuclear development The
plan is based on Act HB 14, passed in 2025, which created the Texas Office of Advanced Nuclear Energy.
In addition, it established the Advanced Nuclear Development Fund, considered the largest state program in the United States dedicated to this sector.
The objective is clear: to accelerate the construction of advanced reactors and recover the nuclear supply chain.

Open call for projects across the state The
authorities opened the process of selecting proposals for companies interested in participating in
the program.Projects will be able to access funding, incentives and reimbursements to develop infrastructure, technology and production.
