He also highlighted that the president had rescued the country and expressed his commitment to fight to ensure the fulfillment of his political goals.
The official described his appointment as the pinnacle of his professional career and thanked Wiles for her work and service over the past years. His statements reflect the close political relationship he has maintained with Trump since the first presidential campaign in 2016, when he began to play a central role in crafting his speeches and formulating his main proposals.
At 41 years old, Miller has extensive experience within the American conservative movement. During Trump's first term, he served as senior advisor and White House speechwriting director. After the Republican left office in 2021, he led America First Legal, a conservative organization dedicated to pushing legal actions against leftist policies and defending initiatives related to the Republican agenda.
He returned to government in 2025 as Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and National Security Advisor, from where he became one of the main architects of the immigration policy of Trump's second term.
