The above-mentioned notes attributed to Pamela Sverco behaviors, intentions and personal characteristics that are not based on verifiable documentary or judicial evidence. Those statements should not have been published in the terms in which they were written. We fully assume that editorial responsibility

We categorically and unconditionally rectify and deny each of

the following statements: First. That Pamela Sverco had “orchestrated for years a deliberate maneuver” to seize Robin Henderson's fortune. That statement is false. There is no evidence to support it and it should not have

been published.

Second. That Pamela Sverco had “set up a calculated operation” for years to influence Robin Henderson. That statement is equally false and we definitely withdraw it

Third. Any reference to Maximiliano under the individualization “Maximiliano Benjamín Sverco Morantes” and any statement that “he is not a biological or adoptive child” are inaccurate and contrary to legal reality. Maximiliano's affiliation has been judicially recognized. This statement is the only valid fact about their filiatory identity and we recognize this

The cessation of dissemination, reproduction or amplification of the above allegations is immediate and definitive

The author who appears under the name Pedro Ponce De León is the journalist responsible for drafting both notes
