Southern Energy, comprised of Pan American Energy, YPF, Pampa Energía, Harbour Energy and Golar LNG, signed a contract with SEFE (Securing
Energy for Europe).
The agreement envisages the sale of 2 million tons of LNG per year for eight years. Deliveries will begin in late 2027

Depending on the evolution of international prices, the contract could generate revenues of more than USD 7 billion during its term.

The key role of the Hilli Episeyo
The
supply will begin with the entry into operation of the Hilli Episeyo liquefaction vessel.
It will be the first one that Southern Energy will install in Golfo San Matías, in the province of Rio Negro.
The committed volume represents more than 80% of the ship's productive capacity.
It is also equivalent to more than 30% of the combined capacity of the two planned liquefaction vessels.
