A recent investigation put under the spotlight a series of real estate transactions in Puerto Madero involving companies linked to the environment of Pablo Toviggino, treasurer of the Argentine Football Association (AFA). This is the purchase of high-end properties in two of the most exclusive complexes in the City of Buenos Aires.
The firms mentioned are Neurus Services and Lindor Services, which acquired properties in the Faena and the Yacht Tower, respectively. Both transactions were carried out with the company Flyzar, owned by Gustavo Carmona and Silvia Schippert, adding a new element to a network that combines private businesses, links with Argentine football and large
economic movements.
In the case of Neurus Services, the company appears in the name of Mariah Florencia Sartirana, former member of the Finance Secretariat of the AFA and partner of Toviggino. The company purchased an apartment in the Faena complex, specifically in the El Porteño Building sector, in an operation that would have taken place between October and November of last year. By January 2026, the expenses and services of the property were already in the name of the firm
. The Toviggino environment is linked to the purchase of luxury real estate in Puerto Madero Neurus also has connections with the world of football, since it was previously chaired by Mauro Javier Paz, former head of the Women's Football League, and among its employees is Nicolás Pantano, a leader with a past as treasurer and general secretary of Almirante Brown.
In addition, the company is linked to the commercialization of high-end wines produced by the Mendoza winery La Vigilia, which are distributed in Santiago del Estero and at official AFA events
.
The second operation involves Lindor Services, which acquired an apartment together with a garage and storage room in the Yacht Tower, a 44-story building with luxury amenities such as a heated pool, gym and permanent security. As in the previous case, the property was sold by Flyzar
.
Lindor also records significant economic movements with the AFA: in June 2024, it issued eight invoicesfor services provided to the bank for a total of 3,107,751,965 pesos. The company was founded in Santiago del Estero, is led by Mauro Paz and has among its main shareholders Darío Toviggino, brother
of the treasurer. Pablo Toviggino continues to add up alleged cases of corruption
Another highlight of the investigation is Flyzar's role, not only as the seller of the properties, but also as the owner of a helicopter that would have made at least 60 trips to a mansion in Pilar, which earned her the nickname “the AFA
helicopter”.
The case adds questions about the links between Argentine football leaders, private companies and million-dollar transactions in one of the most exclusive real estate markets in the country, and thus adds to one more of the possible corruption scandals currently surrounding the AFA.
