The groups of the Copa Sudamericana and the Copa Libertadores 2026 were drawn

The

2026 editions of the Copa Sudamericana and the Copa Libertadores are beginning to take shape. At the CONMEBOL convention center in Luque, Paraguay, the drawings for their respective group stages were held

.

The Argentine teams that met their destiny in the continental competitions were River, Racing San Lorenzo, Tigre, Deportivo Riestra and Barracas Central for “La Gran Conquista” and Boca, Lanús, Estudiantes de La Plata, Rosario Central, Platense and Independente Rivadavia for “Eternal Glory”.

The

group stages will start the week of April 7 and will close in the last week of May for both tournaments. Once finished, there will be a break of just over two months for the 2026 World Cup.

In the case of the South American, the action will return in the weeks of July 22 and 29 with the playoffs, while the Libertadores will return in weeks 11 and 18 of August with the round of 16.
