The President of the United States, Donald Trump, once again set the course in the Middle East crisis with a direct message to the Iranian regime: accept the agreement proposed by Washington or face a major military escalation.

Through his Truth Social network, Trump made it clear that the “Epic Fury” operation could end quickly if Tehran decides to move towards peace.

“If Iran accepts what was agreed, the now legendary Epic Fury will come to an end,” he said.

Firm pressure to force an agreement

The president's message left no room for ambiguities. Trump warned that, in the event of a refusal, the United States is prepared to act more intensively.

“If they don't agree, the bombings will begin... at a much higher level than before,” he said.

The strategy responds to a clear logic: to use military and economic pressure to force the Iranian regime to sit at the negotiating table under unfavorable conditions.

A leadership that orders the board

Far from seeking unnecessary escalation, Trump made it clear that his main objective is to reach an agreement that

stabilizes the region.

“We don't want to go there and kill people. I don't want to do that,” he said, making a difference compared to more passive approaches in the past

.

However, he also stressed that the United States will not hesitate to act if Iran insists on prolonging the conflict.

Iran, no room for maneuver

From Tehran, the regime responded that it will only accept a “just” agreement, in the midst of diplomatic contacts with China

and other international actors.

But the reality is that the accumulated pressure — naval blockade, previous attacks and international isolation — has significantly reduced the Iranian margin of action.

Trump was even more forceful in evaluating the country's military situation:
“They want to reach an agreement... who wouldn't when your army has completely disappeared?” , launched.

The impact on the Strait of Hormuz The

tension is also reflected in the strategic Strait of Hormuz, key

to global energy trade.

Operation “Project Freedom”, promoted by the United States to guarantee navigation, was temporarily suspended by Trump in order to facilitate a diplomatic exit.

However, Iranian attacks on commercial vessels continue, reinforcing the need for a quick resolution.

A clear strategy: negotiate from force

Trump's approach combines military pressure, direct warnings and openness to negotiate, a formula that has already shown results in other international scenarios

.

The signal is unequivocal: the United States is ready to close the conflict, but on its terms.

In this context, the Iranian regime faces a critical dilemma: to accept the agreement and avoid escalation or to expose itself to a much stronger offensive.

The initiative once again made clear who sets the pace of the conflict: Trump.
