The former striker said he had to make spare parts valued at nearly $100,000. For that reason, he initiated a lawsuit for 144,754,632 pesos for damages, moral harm and deprivation of use

To support the claim, López submitted a finding made by a notary and also withheld the security deposit,

valued at approximately $7,000.

During the El Trece program, the panel also noted that the former soccer player requested the benefit of litigating without expenses. “$90,000 in settlements is very rare,” said Matías Vázquez.

According to the tenant's defense, there are also security cameras and receipts from the building's restaurant that would place Maxi López and his son Valentino on the property during January and part of February.

file is being processed in Court No. 47, in charge of Judge Juan Pablo Lorenzini.

The cause brings together photos, chats, receipts and testimonies provided by

both parties.
