Siglo 21 University officially presented the ambitious project of its new campus located in the town of Villa María. This work represents a historic milestone for Argentine education, as it is the first university campus located directly inside an industrial park. Rector Laura Rosso led the launch ceremony, stressing that the complex seeks to integrate vocational training with the region's productive ecosystem

The development of the 21st Century University in the Industrial, Logistics and Technological Park (PILT) involves an outlay of US$ 5 million for its execution. The mayor of Villa María, Eduardo AcCastello, accompanied the presentation and highlighted that the city seeks to reach 30,000 university students in the next decade. The funding of this innovative educational space is supported by the International Finance Corporation, an organization linked to the World Bank.
The authorities of the Siglo 21 University estimate that the inauguration of the facilities will take place during the first quarter of 2027. Currently, the institution already has 800 students in the area, but this new infrastructure will significantly expand enrollment capacity. Siglo21 University building covers 4 hectares of land and will have 6 buildings designed to combine academic life with the natural environment. The constructed area will exceed 3,000 m², including modern classrooms, libraries, offices and coworking spaces for interdisciplinary development. Forest design involves the incorporation of more than 300 trees and various pedestrian paths to integrate the landscape with the learning experience

The academic proposal of the Siglo 21 University on this campus will include undergraduate, undergraduate and postgraduate careers with a strong regional socio-productive link.
