The modus operandi and judicial charges
According to the investigations, the suspects were a couple and operated under a delivery sales model. They coordinated delivery points through calls or messages, and carried out transactions in different areas of the provincial capital. The couple had defined roles: one of them prepared the orders, while the other made the deliveries.
Investigators determined that they used several homes as storage and contact points with clients. These houses were rotated periodically to avoid detection by the authorities. Distribution was carried out using both private vehicles and motorcycles, which allowed them to move quickly between neighborhoods.
Both were charged with violating National Narcotics Law No. 23,737. After their arrest, they were placed at the disposal of the Narcotics Prosecutor's Office of the Second Shift in Córdoba. According to reports, proceedings will continue to identify possible collaborators or suppliers of the illicit network.
