According to experts, days with high temperatures and rain are coming
After several days of unexpected polar cold in the middle of spring, the weather in Córdoba will experience an abrupt change, according to experts.
On Tuesday, the minimum temperature was below 5 °C (41 °F), and it even snowed in some areas of the sierras.
This Thursday, two days later, with clear skies, the maximum climbed to 25 °C (77 °F).
On Friday, it will reach 31 °C (87.8 °F), according to the Córdoba Hydrometeorological Observatory.
Meanwhile, the agroclimatic report from the Buenos Aires Grain Exchange indicates that "due to the entry of polar winds during the previous days, the outlook will begin with below-normal temperatures, but the prompt return of tropical winds will cause an increase in temperatures across most of the agricultural area, with intense heat pockets over the far north, and only the Atlantic coastal strip will observe readings within the normal range."
In Córdoba, maximum temperatures until next Wednesday will range between 25 °C (77 °F) and 35 °C (95 °F), with hotter pockets in the north of the province.
The aforementioned report states that rain is expected, with areas of significant accumulation in the northwest of the province, reaching up to 75 millimeters (2.95 inches).
