The actor has put his stunning Los Angeles mansion back on the market for $10.49 million, a figure that has caught attention even within the exclusive celebrity property market.
The information was revealed by Gimme Shelter and quickly generated buzz among fans of the Creed and Black Panther star. The property is located in Encino, one of the most exclusive areas of Los Angeles, and stands out for both its size and the level of luxury and privacy it offers.
The mansion is surrounded by trees and features a sparkling pool.
The residence, built in 2021, features a modern farmhouse design and is situated on a half-acre lot surrounded by oak and cypress trees.
The actor acquired the property in 2022 for $12.51 million, shortly after its construction was completed, and subsequently made various customizations.
However, the new asking price suggests that the actor may be willing to take a significant financial loss to part with the house. Nevertheless, the property remains one of the most striking currently available in the Californian city.

The mansion boasts three floors and a total area of 11,599 square feet. Among its main features are eight bedrooms, a high-tech security system, and an internal elevator that connects all levels of the home.
